As any hard-working New Yorker knows, there don’t seem to be enough hours in the day to get everything done. Work seems to take an ever-increasing portion of our time and energy, and as a result, the do-it-yourself approach to fitness just doesn’t cut it. We started Definitions in 1983 for those people who understand the value of total fitness but haven’t been able to reach their goals on their own.
